Mr. Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti
belongs to District Dera Bugti, Balochistan, and his father, Late Mir Ghulam Qadir Bugti, was a pioneer of the middle-class political movement in Dera Bugti against local Sardars.
He was first elected as a Member of the Provincial Assembly in 2013 and later remained part of the Provincial Cabinet as Minister of Home, Tribal Affairs, and Prisons, Balochistan, for five years.
