For general public E-Complaint provides a opportunity to connect with Government Organizations at all levels for raising their issues/complaints with authorities for redressal and suggestions for improvement in the existing service delivery regime. On Government’s side, E-Complaint helps to promote the culture of quantified performance management and make the various government entities accountable for their mandated roles and responsibilities. It also helps in identification of grey areas in the service delivery regime for timely intervention and improvement.
