Why this matters for Balochistan.
Under the Balochistan Good Governance Plan (D.O. PS-CM/1-3/189), all administrative secretaries are directed to strictly execute functions under Rules of Business within 30 days, delegate powers to District & Division levels under BEEDA, and empower CMIT for merit-based public service.
Progress is reported each quarter against published targets. The responsible department works with district administrations, community representatives and provincial partners to deliver results on the ground.
