Why this matters for Balochistan.
Health Department is directed within 30 days to ensure 100% posting of surgeons and gynecologists at all DHQ hospitals, guarantee free medicine transparency, and transition BMC, Civil Hospital, and Sheikh Zaid Hospital to semi-autonomous governance. Schools Department is tasked with overhauling education and PPP outsourcing of non-functional schools.
Progress is reported each quarter against published targets. The responsible department works with district administrations, community representatives and provincial partners to deliver results on the ground.
